At Lombardi's

Coal-fired whole pies only. No slices, by design. The Original Margherita (fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce, Romano, basil) sets the standard, while the limited Clam Pie (fresh-shucked clams, garlic, oregano, Romano) is worth planning the visit around. The menu runs short, everything comes out of a coal oven, and you order by the whole pie.
