A tropical-cocktail oasis tucked into the West Village where white-brick walls, pink banquettes and reclaimed-wood tables set the scene for a drink that tastes like it snuck in from somewhere warmer. This spot flips the “dive bar” script. Expect lush pan-Latin bites, slushy riffs on piña coladas, and a crew of bartender-owners who prove the party can run itself.
