Earl's Beer and Cheese teams up with Manhattan Mixology for an interactive tasting pairing three fall chef dishes with three seasonal cocktails built around cider and orchard fruit. Two seatings, 1pm and 3pm.
A small Victorian-themed bar where the beer program runs about 20 taps and cans (local drafts to Vermont crafts) and the house beer cheese, warm and served with fresh-baked bread, draws the first order every time. The mac and cheese and lemon pepper wings round out the menu, and trivia nights fill the room mid-week.
