Thursday, October 15, 2026, 2:00 AM - 5:00 AM ยท Solarc Brewing, Glassell Park, Los Angeles
Elly Kace, Jeff Parker, Kat Shuman, Caroline Davis and Steve Blum perform at Solarc Brewing on Wednesday night starting at 7pm.
A brewery built around gruit, a medieval style of beer brewed with botanical bittering agents instead of hops. The ales are earthy and herbal, distinct from the hop-forward profiles that define most craft beer. The taproom has a community-center sensibility: events, crafts, and regulars who show up for both.
