Rafiq Salim of Rolo's and Jon Karis of Chambers, both Gramercy Tavern alums, reunite at Chambers for Eater's final Bang Bang dinner of the year on September 30. The night features back-to-back menus from each chef plus a collaborative dessert.
Chambers doesn’t sit still, the menu turns over weekly, built around whatever’s actually coming in from the farms, with just enough staples to keep it grounded. The wine list leans deep into natural and offbeat bottles, assembled by a serious sommelier and poured without ceremony. Dinner only, starting at 5:30pm. Bar seats are held for walk-ins.
