East 5th hosts a block-wide party on October 17 spanning live music, DJs, and markets across Central Machine Works, Padel39, East End Ballroom, Justine's Brasserie, Grit ATX, and Sierra Madre. Expect free padel courts, a live album release, 30 vendor stalls, and a Sierra Madre sample sale with women's golf apparel 50-75% off.
Coffee and Swedish Hill pastries by noon, smashburgers and fritters by sundown, then local acts and a packed dance floor after that. The cavernous warehouse room pulls triple duty without feeling scattered, and tiny martinis help with the transition.
