Sunday, October 11, 2026, 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM · El Chucho, Mar Vista - West LA, Los Angeles
Special guest DJ Sweetest Threat joins resident DJ Brandon Aguilar to spin hip-hop, house, reggaeton, and afrobeats at El Chucho from 9pm to 1am.
Mar Vista’s unofficial clubhouse, where the dive bar past (pool table, cheap beer, fútbol flickering on screens) meets a natural wine future so effortlessly it almost feels conspiratorial. Vinyl crackles between pours of orange wine, regulars and newcomers float between rounds of tacos and reruns, and weekend DJ sets tilt the place from hapless dive to elbow-to-elbow kind of buzz. At night it’s a bottle-forward meeting spot; mornings, it’s still that faded-neon dive you thought you’d left behind. Only now it’s healthier for you.
