Wednesday, October 21, 2026, 3:00 AM - 6:00 AM · Akbar, Silver Lake, Los Angeles
Bruce Daniels hosts a free 8pm lineup featuring Jan Davidson, Veronica Brown, Sharon Houston, Drew Lausch, Erin Foley, and Matt LeGrande.
Akbar feels like Silver Lake’s long-standing clubhouse: punk roots, cheap drinks, crowded dance room, mellow front lounge. DJs, drag, sing-alongs, themed nights (Planet Queer, Bears in Space, etc.), the calendar is full, and the vibe is refreshingly all-inclusive. No velvet ropes, no attitude; just a place to show up, move, laugh, maybe stumble out after last call with your shoes half off.
