A candlelit Williamsburg wine bar where everything skews a little sultry. Low tables, shared plates, and a crowd that’s clearly on a date (even if they won’t call it that). The pours lean natural, the room hums just loud enough, and by your second glass you’re fully invested in both your conversation and the one happening next to you. Not the place for a quick stop. It’s built for lingering.
Roasted beets, preserved lemon yogurt, walnut dukkah, pickled shallot.
Whipped ricotta with fennel seed, bee pollen, honey on toast.
Sautéed shrimp with fresno chile, grapefruit, and scallion.
