Michèle Haines hosts a free comedic storytelling night where anyone can sign up in person to tell a true story with a comedic thread. The suggested theme for this final session before the holiday break is Wishful Thinking.
LA’s oldest indie bookstore, where bookworms, authors, and casual browsers all feel at home. The selection is as well-curated as a Criterion Collection, and the staff can find you a novel that matches your mood better than your therapist. If you think bookstores are just for buying books, stick around. This one might change your mind.
