Winemaker Davide Fasolini of Dirupi leads a wine class on the mezzanine, pouring alpine Nebbiolo from Valtellina's steep terraced vineyards. Fasolini co-founded the estate in 2004 with childhood friend Pierpaolo Di Franco, working organically at high altitude in the Italian Alps.
