Author Leslie Adame stops at Vroman's Bookstore to meet readers and sign copies of her new middle-grade fantasy novel, Chloe Vega and the Missing Unseen. The visit is part of a multi-city tour celebrating the sequel to Chloe Vega and the Agents of Magic.
A Pasadena institution that feels gloriously stuck in time, with creaky wood floors, handwritten staff picks, and the quiet confidence of a place that’s been outsmarting Amazon for decades. Wander the aisles long enough and you’ll forget your phone exists, which feels both radical and deeply correct.
