Inside a 1917 grain storage building on East 6th, the original wood and stone give Whisler’s the kind of atmosphere most cocktail bars spend fortunes trying to fake. Seasonal drink menus rotate with their own themes and artwork (mezcal-heavy one quarter, bright fruit and spice the next) and the upstairs Mezcalería Tobalá keeps the night moving once the downstairs fills up.
