King Chang LA extends hours to 1am from Aug 31 through Sept 6 for BTS Concert Week, serving Korean BBQ, gopchang, and soju before or after the show.
A KBBQ room built around gopchang: golden-brown beef intestines from the steel table grill, ordered over udon or sizzled alongside chopped vegetables. The beef set brings bulgogi, boneless kalbi, and marinated short ribs with gyeranjjim and banchan for groups. The kitchen stays open until 2am Thursday through Saturday.
