Sunday, October 11, 2026, 1:30 AM - 4:30 AM · Amoeba Music, Hollywood, Los Angeles
Big Crown Records marks its 10th anniversary with a Los Angeles showcase headlined by El Michels Affair, with Brainstory, Derya Yildirim & Grup Simsek, Thee Marloes, and Thee Heart Tones. Ticketed, with a DJ set by Danny Akalepse to close the night.
Amoeba is less a record store and more a chaotic temple for music obsessives, where crate-diggers, tourists, and old punks all flip vinyl in harmony under fluorescent lights. It smells like dust and nostalgia, and if you don’t leave with at least one unnecessary purchase, you did it wrong.
