Phê NYC wraps up its Bánh Mì Chảo weekend concept with final service on Oct 3 and 4 before it returns next summer.
A Vietnamese coffee and lunch counter from the same team as Mam next door, with house-baked bread used in everything from demi-baguettes to fish sauce lattes. Fridays bring a brittle pork belly banh mi; weekends add banh mi chao, a saute-pan version with hot dog, ham, and egg.
