Mood Ring celebrates nine years with two nights of DJs, including No_4mat, Loose Goose, and Kaili on Friday, and Musclecars, Miss Monroe, and DJ Erewhon on Saturday. Both nights feature a 7-10pm happy hour and presale tickets through Resident Advisor.
A women-owned bar on Myrtle Avenue where the cocktail menu is sorted by zodiac sign. Each sign mapped to its own drink, no guessing required. The room is low-lit and retro-chic, the crowd runs queer and inclusive, and a limited Chinese food menu pairs well alongside the horoscope-coded drinks. The back space opens up for dancing later in the night.
