Kouraku celebrates 50 years in Little Tokyo with a free street carnival featuring carnival games, a gyoza-making challenge, food samples, and live performances. Attendees can also enter a random drawing for a 50th anniversary swag bag by RSVPing on Eventbrite.
A ramen house on East 2nd operating since 1976 with a menu of mabo don, fried rice, gyoza, shumai, and of course ramen. Portions run large and the prices belong to the 20th century.
