Tuesday, October 6, 2026, 9:00 PM - 2:00 AM ยท The Living Gallery, Bushwick, New York City
The Living Gallery hosts a free group show with live readings from 8-10 writers, flash tattoos by , and music, all tied to the theme of 250 years of American history. Readings happen in small groups with breaks between sets, and a free zine of the night's work will follow.
A converted warehouse in Bushwick where spray-painted murals pulse under warehouse crunch and irreverent energy, and the bar is almost incidental. You came for the art (and maybe stayed for the neon-lit dance floor). The vibe mixes DIY grit with unexpected polish: think beer pong, graffiti walls, and a collective that treats every show like a release party.
